Highly recommend this class! I'd watched some YouTube videos to try and learn the basics, but wasn't pouring what you would call "art". This class made it so much easier because you have someone there to pick up on any mistakes you're making and show you how to fix them along the way. Chris was very knowledgeable, great at explaining things and super patient. You don't have to be a barista to benefit from this class (I'm not one). I'm looking forward to practicing at home and trying to perfect my technique! :)
I very much enjoyed ONA's 'Latte Art' Course today. The Course caters for two 'students' only, so individual attention is assured. Chris very patiently tutored us on the process of preparing the milk, and then, under his expert guidance, we were provided with plenty of time to develop our hands-on, practical experience. I came away from the Course confidently expecting that my coffee presentation skills have been significantly improved. Thank You, Chris.
