Was very helpful, my latte art could only be described as "struggle bus" beforehand and now I really feel like I have the foundations right. Trainer is lovely and has a good understanding of the thermodynamics of steaming and pouring. Yes this review was an excuse to say "thermodynamics".
I attended the Latte Art course on 26th September 2020. It was a great course in a good environment. The instructor provided good tips and techniques, and was able to help each student as required during the class. The class was limited to a small group to enable personalised instruction and guidance. We practiced on excellent equipment, and I was able to produce more consistent pouring and some shapes by the end of the time.
