We were pleasantly surprised during, and after, this course. The level of knowledge and passion for the subject shown by our instructor revealed the science within the art of making coffee. It makes us better appreciate paying $4.50 for a coffee made by an expert!
Amazing course, I was captivated and engaged for the entire 3 hours (not easy to do).
We learned theory, plenty of time for making lattes and getting feedback from David on various techniques. I'd recommend this to experienced and aspiring barista, or even amateur hobbyists such as myself.
Really friendly experience and a fun way to spend three hours learning about coffee. the instructor used a wide array of teaching techniques to help different people understand the different processes and procedures. Helpful for people that have never made a coffee before or people that have worked in a cafe and want to hone their skills
