The class was really useful. The small number allowed for very good interaction with the instructor who explained things in a way so that the reason for various outcomes could be understood.
There was plenty of time for hands on practice & guidance so that at the end I was reasonably proficient at each of the coffee making activities.
Course was fantastic! It’s amazing how much you learn in 3 hours! I went from knowing nothing about making coffee to now being confident in my ability to make good coffee as well as now knowing more about the coffee. Highly recommend this course for anyone who is interested in making coffee at home or for a business or even to just understand more about coffee.
