A great way to take a day out of work, learn a new skill and drink coffee! I had a one on one session with Fabian who had the patience to take me through each stage of the fine art and try and relate to the machine I have at home. I still need to perfect my milk pouring skills but I have learned enough to practice confidently at home with my own machine! Thanks Fabian
I attended the Foundation Course, it was a small group. What a fun experience, I was a little nervous to start but the mood of the instructor created a relaxed atmosphere to learn in. Excellent equipment. Although the machines were Commercial grade you were able to apply techniques to your home barista machines. We were provided with ample beans and milk this allowed us to create multiple cups of coffee and after modifying our techniques to see if changes improved our final product. Instructor was knowledgeable and personal just what you need. Perfect course for the novice or home barista. Will be back for next level. Mark
This was an exceptionally good introduction to making coffee at home. The small group worked well in the current CV19 situation. The Barista instructor was entertaining and informative all you would want from a teaching session. The equipment was first rate and spotless, and we were supplied with more than enough coffee beans to practice the various stages.
