Hugh is a great trainer - thorough, patient, encouraging and all-round good operator.
The training provided me a very good understanding of coffee. From it's source, variants and characteristics. To setting up the espresso machine, calibrating coffee grinds, milk frothing and making my first latte design.
The course is comprehensive enough for someone who wants to learn the basics coffee preparation, be it for personal/professional or business purposes.
Mitch (trainor) is very knowledgeable of the subject and will guide you through every step of the way.
Highly recommended.
