The course was so informative and detailed. David has a tremendous love for coffee and the business and his passion for coffee is overwhelming. He took us through this wonderful journey of making coffee from the fields of coffee to our first sip of Latte.
The experience was indeed wonderful and hands-on, especially with only 3 people in one class.
I was looking for more evaluation on making a cup of coffee from A to Z on an individual level. This would have showed me where I did well and where I should improve.
Saying that, I definitely recommend this course for anyone who has a passion for coffee.
