Had a fantastic time on the course. Learnt so much about coffee and the process of making it, from the berry to the bean through to the extraction and pouring techniques. There was so much time to practice all the techniques and ask as many questions ax we wanted. I would highly recommend this course for anyone, from the home barista to someone looking for a job in a cafe.
A fascinating, informative, highly enjoyable & participatory day at Ona Coffee Canberra.
Fabian ably guided, encouraged & taught us to stretch our milk & ourselves, grinding coffee to the desired consistency, getting dosages, water volume & temperature right & making delicious coffee.
The multiple levels cafe barista course was great thanks Fabian, even for a retiree who just wanted to learn how to make better coffee at home.
The other two wonderful participants added to a very enjoyable day thankyou.
