I really did enjoy the class and found I learnt a lot more from this course then I have from any other I believe because of how the class is situated so that it’s one teacher to 3 students, I really felt my learning was important to the teacher and that he enjoyed being there.
David was an engaging and experienced instructor. He imparted a lot of technical knowledge and allowed us the time and guidance to practice his teachings in a practical form. The tour and subject knowledge of the coffee process from growing to roasting, as well as the intricacies of the coffee pour as a barista, were all well explained and helped in our practical application of the material taught.
