fabian was super knowledgable and friendly and made everyone feel comfortable and welcome. However, I feel like some content towards the end was rushed. It's a bit expensive, but understandably as you go through a LOT of milk and coffee on the day and they give you great quality ingredients to practice with. If you hate seeing food/drink go to waste you might not like this aspect of the course as much. Overall it was a great day, and I feel ready to start practicing making coffee :)
