This course was perfectly structured to provide a broad, detailed understanding and appreciation of excellent coffee; as well as how to recognize, prepare and serve it. Tom did an amazing job ensuring that everyone had a firm grasp on all the elements covered in the class while still highlighting and building on individual interests and goals of those participating. Would definitely recommend this class to someone who wants to gain an understanding of how to prepare a high volume of coffees in an efficient, effective and quality manner.
