David was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about teaching people of all levels to learn all about coffee! His enthusiasm was infectious!! He was incredibly accommodating, even with our very humble BYO machine. He took the time to adjust and fine tune the settings for our machine, walked us through the theory and most importantly, spent oodles of time on the practical components on both the professional and home machines. We walked away with a much greater appreciation for good coffee (and well trained baristas!) and so much more knowledge and hands-on experience than we expected for a 3 hour course. We had a fabulous time - thanks David and ONA!
