This was a really worthwhile learning experience. We learned how fine-tune our grinder and expresso machine to get the most out of our equipment, how to improve the flavour profile of our coffee by managing the variables and how to create simple coffee art. It made a significant difference to be able to learn on our own machine with the milk of our choice.
